Villa Surin is set amongst tropical gardens in a gated community, close to the Amanpuri and Twin Palms hotels, and in one of the most sought after areas of Phuket’s west coast. Villa Surin is nestled amongst the trees on a small hill overlooking the beaches of Bangtao, Surin and Layan and the jungles of Thalang.

The upmarket Surin Beach is 400 metres from the villa and is supported by a complimentary shuttle service. Nearby our guests can enjoy membership privileges at newly opened Catch and the latest edition to the area the Day of the Dead Lounge for F&B discounts and complimentary daybeds.

This spectacular private residence of a Hollywood actor is finished with high quality natural stones and hardwood.  It features Thai antiques and Asian objets d’art combined with all the benefits of modern amenities such as integrated air-conditioning, wireless hi speed internet throughout, and 300 Channel IPTV including English Language, Premier League, Chinese, Indian and Thai TV, video games, internet TV and computerised sound and lighting.

The villa has 5 spacious bedroom suites with king-sized beds. Each air-conditioned suite has a bathroom, mini bar, flat-screen TV with free video on demand. A further self-contained air-conditioned garden suite consists of three single bedrooms, a bathroom and living room equipped with flat screen television. As well as a dormitory area with 4 single beds and 2 queen sized beds and a living room with a further 4 single beds.

The villa’s principal terrace surrounds a 75m2 pool and a large sala with a sunken table – comfortably seating 16 people – suitable for outdoor meals, a poolside surf ‘n turf BBQ or a sunset massage. A covered open living area set at garden level overlooks a landscaped tropical garden with a 6m high waterfall, a bar lounge, parrot aviary, billiards table, table football, air hockey and an outdoor, commercial standard gym featuring a functional trainer, free weights and cardio equipment.

The upper living area’s have a banquet hall adjacent to the guest kitchen and a Mah Jong table and an Sino-Imperial lounge with hand carved statues.

The villa comes with a minimum of 5 staff on duty for 9hr shifts (additional hours or live-in option available at a supplement) giving guests complete flexibility, freedom and convenience. A daily continental breakfast is included in the quoted rate, with a la carte dining options also available.

Our concierge will arrange transport or a full time chauffeur can be arranged. The 500m long Surin beach strip, just a few minutes from the villa, is home to many excellent restaurants offering both local and international cuisine and a perfect venue for beach side casual meals throughout the day or evening.

Should guests desire to eat-in, the villa has its own in-villa menu and, for special occasions, a banquet chef is available (at additional charge) for both lunches and dinners. Alternatively, the villa has made arrangements with a number of recommended local restaurants to provide a varied choice of snacks, refreshments and meals. The recently extended dining room can now seat 30 guests.  For more formal dining, the property is optimally positioned a short distance from some of the finest restaurants on the island. The Amanpuri and Oriental Spoon are within a 5 minutes drive and the Banyan Tree is just 15 minutes away.

Complimentary purified drinking water and bathroom amenities are supplied for our guests, with the staff available to shop for guests during their stay (subject to service charge) and a fully equipped western kitchen is at the guests’ disposal for self-catering.

Transport outside the locality can be provided by the villas recommended drivers. The villa can also provide motor scooter rentals delivered and collected at the villa for guests convenience.

Two complimentary airport transfers will be provided and for the duration of your stay and the villa manager will be on 24hr call for organising transport, meals, massages and spa services, tour bookings and for general island advice.
